This picture was from a formative time for me. It was taken not long after I moved to Toronto from Calgary and was beginning to see photography as a creative medium. I enjoyed roaming to city and just taking pictures of what I saw. This really made me aware of how amazing this city is. It has an incredible diversity of people, architecture, and urban environments. The subway, being that I used it a lot, was a natural choice for me when I first started out. Although now it doesn’t interest me much, I’m happy I explored it creatively as I did.
